These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to all orders, deliveries, and services via our online shop on the website mekede.de. Any deviating, conflicting, or supplementary general terms and conditions of the customer shall not become part of the contract unless their validity is expressly agreed upon.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract and registration
2.1 Registration
Registration is required to use our online shop. When registering, you must provide truthful and complete information. You are obligated to keep your registration information up to date.
2.2 Age restriction
Our services are intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and can enter into legally binding contracts. Minors may use our services only with the consent of their legal guardians.
2.3 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum). By clicking the "Buy" or "Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation via email or upon dispatch of the goods.
§ 3 Prices and payment conditions

All prices displayed on the website are net prices. The statutory VAT of 19% will be added to the net price during the ordering process. Shipping costs will be added unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged in accordance with applicable tax regulations and shown separately on the invoice. Prices are subject to change.
3.2 Payment terms
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other available payment methods. For advance payments, the purchase price must be paid in full before delivery.
§ 4 Delivery and shipping
4.1 Delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Deliveries are made to Germany, other EU countries, and the USA, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Delivery times
Delivery is usually 3-7 business days after receipt of payment. For advance payment, delivery will occur after receipt of payment.
§ 5 Right of withdrawal and return
5.1 Right of withdrawal for consumers
According to statutory provisions, consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods.
5.2 Right of return and exchange
In addition, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of receipt of the goods. The goods must be in their original, undamaged, and saleable condition.
5.3 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:
- Goods manufactured according to customer specifications
- Goods that can spoil quickly

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Karlsruhe, Germany, provided that the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
13.3 Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
