Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

Cancellation period

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

Repayment method

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Return costs

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The costs are estimated at a maximum of around 50 euros, but may vary depending on the size and weight of the goods and the shipping service provider.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  1. For the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer
  2. For the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded
  3. For the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery
  4. For the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier if we have begun to execute the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin to execute the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent you will lose your right of withdrawal when we begin to execute the contract.

When does the 14-day period begin?

The period begins on the day you receive the goods. If you order multiple items, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

Can I test the product?

Yes, you may inspect the goods to the extent that would be possible in a store. This includes unpacking and inspecting the goods. However, intensive use or installation may result in a refund.

What happens to accessories and gifts?

If you received any free gifts or extras, these must be returned with the purchase. The right of withdrawal applies to the entire contract.

Do I have to give a reason?

No, you do not need to provide a reason for your cancellation. You have the right to cancel without giving any reasons.
